PRESIDENT AND CEO

Mr. Kayll has enjoyed being an owner, executive, and/or board member in growth organizations ranging from startups to S&P500 component companies. He had operated global business units of public and privately held entities, managed diverse investment portfolios, and has directly been involved in over $4 billion in M&A and $800 million of capital markets financings. Over his 30 year track record, Mr. Kayll has developed a passionate belief in positive team building, continuous learning, collaboration and leadership, as well as ESG practices. Mr. Kayll firmly believes the time is now to make real change happen on environmental stewardship within the framework of regulatory, economic and market realities.

GREG DEAN

CHIEF COMMERCIAL AND OPERATIONS OFFICER

Mr. Dean has been involved in the plastics industry since 1998 and has held global executive roles in business development, operations, and supply chain at a global leader in rigid plastic consumer packaging. He has contributed to expansion in sales from $400M to $3.5B, and was instrumental in the creation of new greenfield operations in California, Iowa and Florida. He has a great professional working relationship with many CPG and FMCG organizations, ranging from tier one global organizations, to smaller regional or local companies. He has worked significantly on alternative material and process developments and commercialization in conjunction with end users. Prior to entering the rigid plastic space, Greg spent ten years in the metal can business as Director of International Sales.

PAUL BENHAIM

CO-FOUNDER AND CHAIRMAN

Mr. Benhaim is widely regarded as one of the world’s leading authorities on industrial hemp and hemp-derived products, and as a pioneer of the modern hemp foods industry. He is the founder and former Chairman and CEO of Elixinol Global (ASX: EXL), a global hemp foods and CBD company, and maintains strategic interests across seed-to-sale ventures throughout the sector. Over the past three decades, Paul has played a pioneering role in opening and developing hemp markets including Japan and Thailand, while advising governments and industry stakeholders across Africa, Europe, Asia and Australia. A keynote speaker and respected policy advisor, he has also represented the hemp industry at the United Nations on behalf of the United States. Paul brings deep sector expertise, global commercial relationships and a strong belief in the transformative role hemp bioplastics can play in the shift toward more sustainable materials and manufacturing.
